I can not find my BESTip's eight-digit ID#. |

Every BESTip has a unique eight-digit device ID number and it can be found at the bottom of your BESTip device. You can also find this eight-digit ID number in the setup mode : System Info -> Device ID.

I pressed the BESTip's eight-digit ID and no response from the handset. |

You probably forgot an ending # key after the eight-digit ID number. For example, if you want to make a BESTip-toBESTip call to a friend with an BESTip ID# 61000000, enter 61000000# in the ready mode to complete your call.

I could make a VoIP call just two minutes ago, but can not make a VoIP call now. |

It is probably caused by busy and unavailable network. You may try later. Check if your BESTip is connected to the Internet.

I could not make VoIP calls with my BESTip, but the calling party could reach me. |

1. For new BESTip users, please check your Phone Book. Please clear the settings of your phone books if you got them pre-defined.
2. For old BESTip users, please check the Number in your Phone Book. The Number you configured in your Phone Book should not be the same with the number you want to dial. It is recommended to add * to your each Number in your Phone Book.
3. Please check the Hot Line in your Phone Book. If you set Hot Line, you need not dial and communicate with the assigned dialout number diretly. |

I can make BESTip-to-BESTip call, but I can not make BESTip-to-Phone call. |

1. Check if you got an invalid ITSP account.
2. Check if there is balance remaining in your ITSP account. If the balance is 0, please recharge your ITSP account. Please contact your local distributor.
3. If there are balances remaining in your ITSP account, please check the settings of Country Code, Area Code, IDD Prefix and DDD Prefix for your BESTip. |

During system upgrading, the network is disconnected and the system upgrade is not complete. What should I do? |

Normally if the system upgrade is not complete, the system will remain the previous version. Just connect to the network and do the process again.
Note: You can not make phone calls during system upgrading. It is recommended that you should disconnect your phone cords during system upgrading. Connect the phone cords and reboot your device after system upgrading completes. |
